Jennifer Gaona presents for teachers the ins and outs of "Gifts of State" for elementary and secondary students. Viewers can ask Mrs. Gaona, a well-established leader of curriculum, questions about tailoring this program to their classroom.
"Gifts of State" challenges challenges students to look at maps and analyze, according to student level, the social, economic, and political implications of state gifts.

Morgan battled in the courts to determine the balance of power between government and big business.
